Regarding the development of enterprise digitalization and the Internet in 2025, we have a few judgments, written down here for reference.
1. The enterprise Internet will become infrastructure
The value of the enterprise Internet is shifting from external promotion to connecting the inside with the outside. It is both the communication entry point between an enterprise and its customers and the channel for collaboration with partners.
Through it, enterprises can understand customer needs more promptly and create products and services that are closer to those needs; on the supply chain side, information sharing and collaborative work can genuinely improve efficiency.
2. Data-driven decision-making will become the norm
In the past, many decisions relied on experience; going forward, data will become the main basis. Enterprises will place greater emphasis on data collection, analysis, and use—leveraging data mining and artificial intelligence technologies to gain a clear view of market trends, customer needs, and internal operations before deciding how to proceed.
3. AI will enter specific business scenarios
Artificial intelligence is no longer a concept; it is beginning to land in specific areas:
- Intelligent customer service—achieving 24/7 uninterrupted response, absorbing repetitive questions, with human staff handling only complex cases;
- Intelligent marketing—making precise recommendations based on customer interests and behavior, so that advertising budgets are spent more accurately;
- Intelligent production—automated production and quality control, improving both efficiency and consistency.
These applications will bring both opportunities and challenges. Efficiency gains are certain, but they also require enterprises to re-examine their processes and division of labor.
4. Security issues will become more prominent
The higher the degree of digitalization, the larger the attack surface. Cybersecurity threats are increasing—this is not something to worry about, but something to invest in: security awareness, protective measures, and contingency plans must all be prepared in advance.
5. What we will do
Our direction remains unchanged: we will continue to provide enterprises with digital solutions, including digital consulting, solution implementation, and ongoing operations.
Technology must ultimately land on specific business problems, and this is also our criterion for judging whether something is worth investing in. Digitalization is not a one-off project but an ongoing process. We hope that in the new year we can help more enterprises move this forward.
