Since September, our project deliveries have entered a concentrated period. Multiple projects are being advanced in parallel in Shanghai, Jilin, Anhui, Zhejiang, Guizhou, Guangdong, and other places, covering industries such as smart technology, food technology, equipment installation engineering, liquor brand management, and exhibition services.

Multiple locations in parallel, tight schedules

The delivery center's schedule has been quite full during this period. In early September alone, multiple projects entered the acceptance stage in quick succession, including a custom official website for a smart technology company and a showcase website for a food technology consulting company; at the same time, several other projects were at the critical stage of finalizing designs and mobile adaptation.

The more projects run in parallel, the more closely every step must be watched. An increase in volume cannot come at the expense of lower standards; this is something the team has repeatedly emphasized internally.

Changes in demand: no longer just "website building"

Judging from recent project requirements, clients' expectations for digital services are changing. Simply building a website is no longer enough to cover their needs. More and more clients, while building a website, also configure value-added capabilities such as SSL security certificates and AI customer service, and directly request combinations such as mini-program integration and customer service integration.

Behind this is the rise in digital awareness among SMEs: they prefer to have a service provider that can solve problems in a one-stop manner take on the work, rather than splitting their needs among multiple vendors. To this end, we have strengthened product collaboration training internally, enabling the business team to provide combined solutions instead of recommending just one product.

Process optimization: keep problems out before work begins

Dense project periods are also when communication pressure is greatest. We recently optimized the project coordination process. The core change is adding a "pre-confirmation of requirements" step before a project enters the design stage: business staff must first confirm the client's core requirements, reference style, whether materials are complete, and acceptance criteria, before designers begin work.

In the past, there were occasional cases where requirements were simplified or omitted during communication, and designers received incomplete information, leading to revisions and rework. After strictly enforcing pre-confirmation of requirements, the extra communication time spent in the early stage has been exchanged for fewer ineffective back-and-forths later. At the same time, we have also made scheduling more transparent. Delays caused by clients are promptly synchronized internally to avoid putting pressure on the design and delivery teams.

No compromise on delivery standards

Despite tight schedules, delivery standards have not been relaxed. Recently launched projects have all undergone multiple rounds of device adaptation testing and page detail checks to ensure a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.

When clients entrust their website to us, it is a sign of trust in a long-term partnership. The number of projects should not be a reason to relax standards, and none of the required processes can be skipped. At the same time, we are also preparing specialized after-sales service training to improve response speed after delivery.
