Cybersecurity company official website development case study: letting data capabilities speak for themselves

For a cybersecurity company specializing in passive DNS data, designed and built a brand official website: deep blue technology-inspired visuals, a data-metrics-first hero section, a clear architecture of six major products and five major application scenarios, PC and mobile dual-platform adaptation, designed and developed by the HOLYPro team.

Project Background

Fuxi Technology is a cybersecurity company centered on passive DNS data. It was initiated and established by the Fuxi Institute, undertakes the commercialization of its scientific and technological achievements, and is deeply involved in urban intelligentization and industrial ecosystem upgrading.

For a company like this, the official website needs to explain the same thing clearly to two types of readers: potential customers and partners need to understand, within a single screen, what "passive DNS data" is and what it can be used for. We handled the overall design and development of the official website, covering both PC and mobile.

PC and mobile homepage

Above the fold: let the metrics speak first

The homepage hero uses "Passive DNS Data Leader" as its main copy, with a deep blue night scene and a city bridge as the background, while the body text directly presents four hard metrics — 2TB of data collected daily, 100 billion+ DNS records, 200,000+ monitoring per second, and a 1Gb/s real-time data stream.

On the official website of a data-driven company, the most persuasive thing is not adjectives, but numbers with clear dimensions. The hero piles on no embellishment, placing capabilities right in front of visitors through numbers.

Dual-Track Architecture of Products and Solutions

On the product side, six color-block cards present six capabilities—NAD, NOD, NOH, DNS change, DNS Error, and DNSDB—side by side; the alternating orange, gray, and blue grid makes the functional sections clear at a glance. On the solution side, five application scenarios—threat response, threat hunting, brand protection, fraud protection, and anti-phishing—unfold in an alternating image-and-text layout, moving from "what products are available" to "what problems can be solved."

Navigation is the decision path

Site navigation is organized as Product Introduction / Solutions / Application Cases / Knowledge Base / About Us, consistent with the evaluation order of security industry buyers: first capabilities, then scenarios, then who is using it, and finally the company. The Knowledge Base section also reserves space for future content operations.

Our Perspective

Cybersecurity is an industry of “invisible products,” and a corporate website largely takes on the role of a product demo. In this project, we focused our efforts on information density and order: the hero section provides metrics, the product section provides structure, and the solutions section provides pathways, allowing professional readers to quickly confirm what this company does.

Visually, we maintain restraint with deep blue and white space. The tech feel comes from the data and layout itself, not from stacking special effects.
