Cross-border Logistics Official Website Development Case Study: A Timetable over the Pacific Ocean

Cross-border e-commerce sellers fear two words most: stockouts and lost parcels—the opening of 极光智达's official website goes straight for these two words. This Shenzhen cross-border logistics company is built on self-operated overseas warehouses in China and the US and full-chain logistics, and its official website was designed and developed by the HOLYPro team.

Customer and Task

Shenzhen Aurora Zhida Supply Chain Co., Ltd. is a front-line service provider in the international cross-border e-commerce logistics industry, with self-operated overseas warehouses in China and the U.S. plus full-chain logistics as its core strengths — a 200,000-square-foot Los Angeles warehouse, 72-hour air freight delivery, and partnerships with more than 20 shipping lines including Maersk. We designed and developed its official website, and the task was to translate "fast" and "reliable" into numbers you can verify.

PC and mobile homepage

Hero section: Sunset Route

The hero section features an aerial sunset view of a city skyline, with a cargo plane flying over the buildings; the pink-purple sky turns the cross-border distance into scenery. The original cover image is exactly this scene. The green primary button places “Express Booking” in the hero section, streamlining the conversion path in one step.

Brand key visual

Partners, Timeliness and Dynamics

“Our Partners” is displayed in a horizontal row with real photos of shipping companies and terminals; the green section “Fast Booking, Mission Guaranteed” is paired with a booking form, turning the timeliness commitment into action; “News & Updates” uses six cards to update routes and industry information; the footer closes in deep green, with the positioning statement “To be a first-class service provider in the international cross-border e-commerce logistics industry” as the sign-off.

A 72-Hour Promise

A logistics website has only one kind of rhetoric: lay out the transit times, capacity and routes for people to verify. We put the form as close to the promise as possible.

The more specific a promise is written, the more it reads like a promise.
