Customer and Task

Shenzhen Shunzhi Positioning Consulting Co., Ltd. centers on the "Refined Positioning" methodology and provides brand strategy services for the food and beverage and other industries. Its partners have published the monograph Refined Positioning, and restaurant cases such as Chen Pengpeng Chaoshan Cuisine and Baheli Hot Pot are its publicly disclosed practical results. We designed and developed its official website, with the task of turning the methodology's credibility into the page structure.

Concepts, Case Studies, and Perspectives

A deep-blue full-width banner, "Shunzhi: More Refined Strategic Positioning Consulting," nails the methodology in a single sentence; the Cases section showcases restaurant case studies with before-and-after store renovation images; opinion articles keep updating in a card grid; the footer closes in deep blue with the sign-off "Shunzhi — Supporting Your Positioning Consulting," complete with contact details and QR codes.

Refined weight

A consulting firm's website doesn't sell products—it sells judgment. The credibility of that judgment rests on three layers: methodology, case studies, and thinking written down in book form. We arrange the pages in that order.

The more refined the positioning, the more weight it carries.
