Foreign trade website Banner design case: warm colors of hardware

The task of a set of banners is to make visitors pause during the three seconds they scroll—the visual for Shanghai Hengchuan's foreign trade website; ten banners convey the same message: furniture hardware export, designed by the HOLYPro team.

Clients and Tasks

Shanghai Hengchuan Trading is engaged in furniture hardware export and needs a set of homepage banners for its foreign trade website: five for PC and five for mobile, in both landscape and portrait formats. This set of visuals was designed by HOLYPro, with the task of conveying "the most complete furniture hardware supply" in an image that can be read in three seconds.

Visual concept: wood and steel

The overall design is grounded in warm wood tones—home scenes, tool close-ups, and live-action business meetings alternate, with the selling-point line "The most complete furniture hardware supplement" as the headline; "Expert in Manufacturing. Partner in Collaboration." A top-down shot of a conference table concludes the sequence, signed off with "Your Dedicated OEM/ODM Partner." The original cover image is exactly this concept.

Between Horizontal and Vertical

On PC, five banners unfold across the full width; on mobile, the same five are re-cropped — the copy moves up, the main subjects are enlarged, and the texture of the hardware feels closer in the vertical format; all ten banners share one color palette and letter spacing, so scrolling unfolds as a single, seamless narrative.

A three-second pause

The first screen of a foreign trade website is the booth. HOLYPro's order for making a Banner is: first define the selling point, then define the composition, and only then discuss style—warm colors are a choice, not a preference.

Hardware has the coldness of steel; the visuals need the warmth of wood.
