ASHEMY: the official website of an adult products OEM factory; first answer whether it can be made.

A factory in Dongguan that has been making adult health products for ten years, with products exported to more than 30 countries. Official websites for this product category have a natural contradiction: the products cannot be described in detail, yet buyers want to examine them in detail. So the focus of the site is not on the products, but on manufacturing.

Customers and Tasks

Dongguan Aishen Electronic Technology was founded in Dongcheng, Dongguan in 2014 and develops and manufactures adult health products. Its products are exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, covering more than 30 countries. Over the past decade, the company has accumulated dozens of self-developed products and multiple national patents, and is also recognized as an innovative enterprise in Dongguan.

Official websites in this category face a natural contradiction: the products cannot be described in detail, yet buyers need to examine them in great detail.

The people visiting the site are not consumers but brand owners, distributors, and cross-border sellers. They do not care about the experience; they care about four things: whether you can make it to my requirements, whether you accept small batches, whether you can ship reliably, and whether my solution will end up in someone else's hands.

So the site's real task is not to showcase products but to prove manufacturing capability.

Hero section: don’t showcase products; establish identity first.

There is no product close-up on the first screen—only one line and four short phrases:

Professional OEM / ODM Adult Products Manufacturer — Custom Design · Private Label · Low MOQ · Fast Delivery, paired with a "Get a Quote."

This is the most effective first-screen copy for this category. Everyone has product images, but only a factory can say, "I am the factory, I take custom orders, I take small orders." When buyers click in from search results, this is exactly what they need confirmed in the first three seconds.

Below that is a strip of numbers: ten years of experience, number of in-house products, number of national patents, export coverage regions. All four numbers answer the same question—have you really been doing this for that long?

Product lines are organized by how procurement categorizes them, not by how products are categorized.

Five product lines: vibrating rod products, realistic silicone products, anal products, App-controlled products, and men's products.

Each line follows the same format: first state what the line is, then whom it serves, and finally its supply characteristics. No usage scenarios and no experiential descriptions.

For example, the App-controlled line lands on "supports remote control and custom vibration curves, targeting younger customers who prefer intelligent interaction"—for buyers, this is a positioning they can use in conversations with brands; for general readers, it does not cross the line either.

The classification logic matters more than the number of categories. The five lines correspond exactly to the five shelves cross-border sellers use when stocking products; they are not divided by technical parameters.

Break customization into eleven steps.

The term OEM/ODM has been overused in the industry—everyone claims they can customize. This site's approach is to break it down:

Requirements analysis and solution design → Product and electronics development → Prototype fabrication → Sample review and revision → Mold making → Contract confirmation → Pre-production material preparation → Mass production and process control → Full inspection of finished products → Shipment → Logistics delivery.

Eleven steps, each clearly defining deliverables and acceptance points.

This is the most important asset on the entire site. Because "customization" is an adjective, the eleven steps are a checklist you can use to track project progress—when customers receive a quote, they can point to a certain step and ask, "I'm here now; how long until the next step?" Only a supplier who can be asked this way truly looks like a factory.

Manufacturing capability is divided into four layers: mold, material, board, and injection molding.

The commitments above are backed by four specific manufacturing capabilities:

  • Mold-making — An in-house R&D team and a complete mold-making system: from concept design and 3D printing prototyping to performance iteration, private mold development, function tuning, and logo and packaging customization, all handled in a closed loop within our own factory
  • Raw materials — Tiered supplier admission, annual on-site re-audits, and elimination of nonconforming suppliers; incoming inspections check purity, heavy metals, harmful volatile emissions, and aging resistance; materials comply with CE, RoHS, and FDA requirements and are traceable by batch
  • Electronics — Fully automated SMT production lines, micron-level placement, reflow soldering plus insulating conformal coating, and pre-aging power-on testing of semi-finished products to expose circuit problems in advance
  • Injection molding — Fully automated ABS injection molding, with two independent processes controlled separately

Only once these four layers are covered do terms such as “sufficient production capacity” and “controllable quality” cease to be empty.

Design Notes

For sensitive product categories, content strategy matters more than visuals. Not a single image across the site crosses the line—instead, attention is shifted from the products to the production line, molds, inspection, and processes. Buyers still see everything they need, and there is no added risk.

Trade show news is a trust asset. The participation records from exhibitions in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, listed in chronological order, are more convincing than any self-proclaimed "industry-leading" claim—after all, exhibiting requires real money for booth space.

Use real people on the team page. The founder, R&D director, overseas business director, quality manager, and production operations director—five people, each with their own responsibilities and years of experience. Before deciding to send an inquiry, B2B buyers want to know who is on the other side.

Write confidentiality as a clause, not a slogan. "All communications and product details are kept strictly confidential" is placed in the advantages section, because for private-label clients, this is a core requirement.

Simplify the inquiry form. Name, email, requirements, and verification code—four fields, with a promise to reply within 24 hours. Buyers in this category are reluctant to leave too much information in forms; the more you ask, the lower the conversion rate.
