At this stage, we pushed forward three things at the same time: moving ten years of content back to our own system, giving the official website a new look, and continuing to move the digital platform forward.

Over the past period, HOLYPro has advanced two workstreams in parallel: moving ten years of accumulated content into our self-developed digital platform, and continuing to iterate on the platform itself. This piece is a status note on both.

The Spring Festival holiday has ended, and HOLYPro has officially resumed work. In the new year, we will continue to focus on delivery quality and long-term service.

Starting March 12, 2026, the validity period of SSL certificates we issue for the first time will be uniformly adjusted to a 199-day + 199-day model. The system will automatically reissue before the first certificate expires, covering a total of approximately 398 days.

Based on frontline project experience, this article identifies the five most easily overlooked elements during the official website preparation stage—contact information, company introduction, product categorization logic, news section maintenance, and success cases—and explains why each one affects the final results.

Since September, project delivery has entered a concentrated period, covering smart technology, food technology, equipment installation, liquor brand management, exhibition services, and other industries across multiple provinces and cities, while the team has optimized the requirements confirmation and scheduling processes.

In 2020, HOLYPro's web design business expanded beyond Xi'an to the whole country, with a considerable share of projects coming from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and its client base began to include scientific research institutions, listed companies and leading enterprises in the industry.

In 2019, HOLYPro began a partnership with Weiqidian. With design and technical capabilities each taking their respective roles while complementing each other, this collaboration later evolved into a website-building system that clients could maintain on their own.

Enterprise website building is diverging: one path is tool-based platforms for rapid launches, the other is self-built systems that retain data sovereignty. This article does not compare which is better, but clearly explains the trade-offs between the two paths, and also explains why HOLYPro chose the latter.

For over a year now, agent products have been competing over who can integrate more tools. But the more tools there are, the less room the model has to understand the task, and the more prone it is to make mistakes when choosing. This piece is our observation of this tool worship and also a principle we follow when building our own product: the underlying capabilities can be comprehensive, but what is delivered into people's hands should be restrained.

We went back through all the project cases HOLYPro has accumulated: past corporate websites, spanning more than 40 cities. This piece is about some of the changes we read in them.

We took some time to reread the 347 articles successively published on the official website since 2016: what to keep, what to let go, and the answers this organizing brought us about content and time.

There has been no shortage of discussion about the official website becoming outdated, but its role has not disappeared—it is changing. Understanding this shift helps in making more appropriate investment decisions.

Some argue that Mini Programs will replace official websites. A more accurate understanding is that the two serve different roles, and official websites remain irreplaceable in terms of brand endorsement and information accumulation.

Digital transformation often advances slowly not because of technology or budget, but because several common cognitive biases have not been corrected.

The role of the official website is changing. It has gradually shifted from early information display to an accumulable, reusable business asset.

They may all be called mini programs, but costs can differ by tenfold. The difference isn't in the name, but in which parts are ready-made and which are made for you. This article breaks down the cost structure and gives a few question checklists you can ask directly.

A website for overseas customers and a website for the domestic market are not based on the same approach. From choosing between platforms and standalone sites to domains, servers, multilingual support, search, and payments, this article lays out several core areas clearly.

Self-service website building has lowered the barrier to routine maintenance, but not all work can be done on your own. This article distinguishes which maintenance tasks can be handled independently and which still require professional support, helping businesses determine how to approach ongoing investment.

The value of an independent site lies in keeping traffic and brand in your own hands. But if domain, payment, logistics, and compliance are not handled properly, ongoing operations will suffer continuously.

When a company website goes without updates for a long time, it is often not because nobody is willing to do the work, but because the processes, costs, and responsibilities have never been sorted out. Improvement has to start with these three areas.

Before and after the official website goes live, there are several compliance requirements to note, including filing, data security, and content management. Specific requirements are subject to the current regulations of the competent authorities.

Official websites are shifting from static showcases to service entry points. The key to this shift lies not in piling up technologies, but in first figuring out what users need to accomplish on the site.

The value of a website lies in whether it can solve users' problems. The most common and most fatal mistake in website building is treating what the company wants to say as what users want to see.

As more and more users ask AI questions directly, whether a brand gets mentioned by AI has become something that needs to be actively managed. This article sorts out the goals, methods, and boundaries of GEO.

Website features don't get better the more complete they are all at once. Dividing features into two categories, those that must be online with the initial launch and those that can be added later, can significantly reduce first-phase investment and maintenance burden. This article provides an actionable sequence for moving forward.

Traditional customer acquisition relied on phone calls and visits, placing customers in a passive position; with an official website, customers often search first, verify first, and then contact. This article explains what this change in sequence means for businesses and the specific role the official website plays in it.

The official website does not have to be an isolated endpoint. By linking it with short videos and social platforms, content reuse and user guidance will be smoother.

When an official website has been ineffective for a long time, it is usually not a traffic problem, but the combined result of the website-building approach, content foundation, and promotion methods.

网站上线后长期没有排名,通常不是运气问题。把影响排名的主要因素拆开来看,多数情况能定位到五个方面。

The direction of enterprises' online investment changes very quickly. Following traffic hotspots is not a problem in itself; the risk lies in trying every channel only superficially, with scattered investment and results that are hard to accumulate. This article sorts out three common pitfalls: content reuse, wavering positioning, and reliance on paid traffic, and offers a pragmatic order of adjustment.

In industries that require cross-regional business operations, an official website can serve not only external presentation but also internal support functions: clarifying cooperation terms before setting out, centralizing market information during expansion, and accumulating searchable experience during reviews. The premise is that the way information is organized shifts from one-time publication to continuous updatability.

Images are often the bulk of a page's size, and the choice of format directly affects loading speed. WebP combines the advantages of several traditional formats in a single format, making it a worthwhile default choice.

The first screen is the one where visitors spend the least time and decide whether to stay or go. Whether to use a background video or a static image is a trade-off between expressive impact and loading efficiency. This article lays out the costs of both clearly.

Websites have long been more than display windows. Users' expectations for speed, adaptability, and content relevance keep rising, and the approach to building a brand website needs to be updated accordingly.
